About Us

We started our careers in Palau, working as dive, snorkel, and kayak guides at Sam’s Tours, mmm…burgers at Storyboard…Anyway I digress. Our similar motivation was the chance to spend each day literally immersed in warm tropical water that contains some of the best reefs on the planet.  Years later, when we began to work for several high-end adventure travel companies, we were asked to develop snorkeling tour programs in other destinations; for Lee, the Philippines, and Ethan, Raja Ampat. With the success of those itineraries, we increased our portfolio to include Komodo National Park, and the Solomon Islands. In 2014, we organized our own tour to Alor, Indonesia under the name Coral Triangle Adventures, and continue to provide snorkeling tours in over a dozen destinations throughout the world.

So where does Snorkel Vacations fit in? Coral Triangle Adventures focuses on all-inclusive, high-end, educational snorkeling tours, whereas Snorkel Vacations focuses on providing independent travelers with the ultimate in access and opportunity to snorkel the best of Raja Ampat. We took what we’ve learned in designing high-end snorkeling tours and removed the ‘flair’, but kept the quality of the program. This is what Snorkel Vacations is all about.
